Resonance Records teamed up with Todd Barkan, the proprietor of San Francisco’s Keystone Korner, to unearthed these rare recordings of Getz and Gilberto performing in 1976, over a decade after their famed records on Verve. The duo rarely performed together in the 70’s making this an extra special treat for lovers of their cool and jazzy bossa nova sounds. Features Joanne Brackeen on piano, Clint Houston on bass, Billy Hart on drums, with Stan Getz on sax and Joao Gilberto on vocals and guitar. Limited edition pressing on 140 gram translucent green vinyl with hand numbered sleeves.
